Service Description
A focused 40-minute 1:1 coaching session with Dr. Jessica via Zoom — no packages, no contracts, no commitment. Every session is powered by the proven ALIGN framework, a structured, body-based approach to dismantling the guilt, over-responsibility, and overwhelm that keep high-achieving women stuck. In 40 minutes together, you will: • Get to the root of what's really keeping you stuck — not just the surface-level symptom • Use nervous system regulation to move past the "I should be handling this" spiral • Walk away with a clear, grounded next step you can actually take • Build the internal compass that helps you make decisions without second-guessing Book as many or as few sessions as you need. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or just when life hits a wall — you set the cadence. No intake forms. No homework. No onboarding. Just show up, and let's do the work. Note: If this is your first time working with Dr. Jessica, consider booking a complimentary Freedom Audit first to experience what aligned coaching feels like — completely on the house.
Terms and Conditions
Please note that we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you do not show up for your session, it will be forfeited and a refund will not be issued. By purchasing our services, or content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase our services. 2. Services Provided We offer life coaching services designed to support personal growth and self-improvement. Our services are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical treatment, mental health care, or any licensed professional advice. If you are experiencing a crisis or mental health emergency, you should contact a qualified professional or emergency services. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or psychological services. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. 3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By engaging with us, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 4. Payments and Refunds Payment must be made in full before session(s) or programs begin, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are generally non-refundable once the session(s)/program has started. For more information refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. 5. Confidentiality We respect your privacy. Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others). For group programs, while we encourage confidentiality among participants, we cannot guarantee that all participants will maintain it. 6. Limitation of Liability You acknowledge that coaching results vary, and we make no guarantees. Empower Heal and Evolve Coaching and its representatives are not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages resulting from your participation in our services. 7. Intellectual Property All website content, session materials, and program content are owned by Empower Heal and Evolve Coaching. You may not copy, share, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.
