We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or psychological services.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

3. Group Coaching Programs

Group programs provide educational content, discussion, and peer support but are not individual therapy or personalized consulting.
By participating, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants.
We are not responsible for the actions, opinions, or behaviors of other group members.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive or violates group guidelines, without refund.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By engaging with us, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Payments and Cancellations

Payment must be made in full before sessions or programs begin, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited fees.
Group program fees are generally non-refundable once the program has started.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others). For group programs, while we encourage confidentiality among participants, we cannot guarantee that all participants will maintain it.

7. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that coaching results vary, and we make no guarantees. Empower Heal and Evolve Coaching and its representatives are not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages resulting from your participation in our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, session materials, and program content are owned by Empower Heal and Evolve Coaching. You may not copy, share, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation.
