Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All payments for coaching sessions, packages, and programs are non-refundable except as outlined below. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Individual Coaching Sessions

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made within the required notice period may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made after this window or “no-shows” will result in the session being forfeited.

3. Programs, Workshops, and Courses

Once a group program, workshop, or course has started, fees are non-refundable.
If you need to withdraw before the start date, notify us as soon as possible to determine eligibility for a partial refund.

4. Digital Products (if applicable)

Sales of digital materials (e.g., workbooks, recordings) are final and non-refundable due to the nature of the products.

5. Emergencies and Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, contact us immediately. Exceptions to this policy may be made at our sole discretion.

6. How to Cancel or Request a Refund (if eligible)

If requesting a refund: Please include your name, date of purchase, and the reason for your request.
