Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

1. General Policy

All payments for coaching sessions, packages, and programs are non-refundable except as outlined below. By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Individual Coaching Sessions

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty or may be eligible for a refund (minus any processing fees).
Cancellations made after this window or “no-shows” will not be refunded.

3. Coaching Packages

If you purchase a package of multiple sessions, unused sessions are non-refundable once the first session has been conducted.
Rescheduling policies apply to individual sessions within the package.

4. Group Programs, Workshops, and Courses

Fees for group programs, workshops, or online courses are non-refundable once the program has started.
If you withdraw prior to the start date, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative and processing fees.

5. Digital Products (if applicable)

Sales of digital materials (e.g., workbooks, recordings) are final and non-refundable due to the nature of the products.

6. Exceptions

We may make exceptions in cases of documented emergencies or other special circumstances, at our sole discretion.

Cancellations made within the required notice period may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made after this window or “no-shows” will result in the session being forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

2. Coaching Packages

Sessions within a package follow the same cancellation guidelines as individual sessions.
All sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Group Programs, Workshops, and Courses

Once a group program, workshop, or course has started, fees are non-refundable.
If you need to withdraw before the start date, notify us as soon as possible to determine eligibility for a partial refund (see Refund Policy).

4. Emergencies and Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, contact us immediately. Exceptions to this policy may be made at our sole discretion.
